Lindsay Hanson

Licensed Clinical Facilitator & Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I’m Lindsay Hanson, and I offer psilocybin-assisted therapy for individuals seeking deeper healing, self-understanding, and connection.

My path to this work began through my own healing journey. Growing up, emotions were not easily talked about in my family, and although I was well cared for, I often felt a lack of emotional closeness and belonging. During my teenage and college years, that loneliness turned into anxiety and depression and eventually led me to seek therapy myself.

In therapy, I experienced the profound relief of being truly seen without judgment. That experience changed my life and shaped the kind of therapist I would later become—not someone who fixes people, but someone who creates a safe space for people to reconnect with themselves.

I came to psilocybin-assisted healing during a period of deep burnout. Although I loved my work and had built a meaningful life, I still felt weighed down by old hurts and patterns that traditional approaches had not fully shifted. Through my own intentional work, I experienced how healing can happen not through pushing harder, but through greater openness, self-compassion, connection, and presence.

My approach to psilocybin-assisted therapy is grounded, relational, and deeply supportive. It has been influenced by my 20 years of experience and training as a couples and individuals therapist. As well as, specific training and experience with psychedelics. I work collaboratively with clients to help them prepare for, move through, and integrate these experiences in ways that feel meaningful and lasting. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be honest with ourselves, connected enough to stay present, and supported enough to move toward what has long been carried alone.

If you are feeling stuck, disconnected, burnt out, or longing for a different way of relating to yourself and your life, I would be honored to walk beside you in that process.
