The Clearing + Firehorse Health: Collaborating for Better Integration

Ongoing Enrollment

For first-time journeyers, an IRB-overseen research study with Firehorse Health adds six months of structured integration support after your psilocybin journey. This includes individual sessions, optional group integration, and between-session digital tools. Screening, preparation, and the journey itself follow The Clearing’s usual approach. Participants complete brief wellbeing questionnaires and receive up to $250 for their time. We’re enrolling 5 to 10 participants on an ongoing basis.

The Clearing + The OPEN Study with OHSU

OPEN is a confidential, non-commercial research study based at Oregon Health & Science University. It explores how state-legal psychedelic services affect client health and wellbeing. Participation is online and light-touch: seven brief surveys over twelve months, with a $50 gift card for each one completed (up to $350). The study is protected by a federal Certificate of Confidentiality. It’s open to clients of The Clearing and doesn’t change your care.
